About Koradior
Koradior (珂莱蒂尔) is a Chinese premium women’s fashion brand established in Shenzhen in April 2007. It serves as the flagship label of EEKA Fashion Holdings Limited (赢家时尚控股有限公司, HKEX: 3709), a publicly listed group specialising in premium and affordable-luxury womenswear. Historically, the brand’s aesthetic has focused on youthfulness, fashion, femininity, romanticism and elegant urban dressing.1 Rather than operating as a mass-market clothing label, Koradior is positioned as a domestic premium brand targeting affluent urban women. Its business model integrates fashion design, branded retail, distribution through department stores and shopping malls, and e-commerce.

History
Founding and early expansion
Koradior emerged from Shenzhen’s developing high-end womenswear sector in the 2000s. According to the company’s original Hong Kong listing documents, Jin Ming (金明) and He Hongmei (贺红梅) were central to establishing the business. Jin had accumulated experience in the Chinese womenswear industry prior to founding his own enterprise in 2007.3 The founders identified a gap in the market; while many high-end Chinese womenswear brands at the time focused on career-oriented, businesslike attire, they believed there was significant demand for clothing that emphasised femininity. Koradior was developed to address this opportunity.3
The brand opened its first self-operated retail store in 2007. By the end of 2010, it had expanded to more than 70 self-operated locations in major Chinese cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu and Chongqing.23
Repositioning and sub-brand launches
In 2008, the brand refined its identity and store image around the concept of being “youthful, fashionable and feminine” (年轻、时尚、女人味). This positioning became foundational to Koradior’s identity and helped establish it within China’s mid-to-high-end womenswear segment.22
The group subsequently launched La Koradior in 2012. While Koradior focused on everyday premium feminine fashion, La Koradior was developed for more luxurious and formal social-occasion dressing.4 In 2014, the group introduced Koradior elsewhere, later rebranded as ELSEWHERE. This line was positioned around a more relaxed, modern and understated femininity, serving as a less formal counterpart to the main Koradior and La Koradior lines.5
Public listing and multi-brand evolution
The parent company was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2014, providing Koradior with a larger corporate platform for retail expansion and brand development. The company later adopted the corporate identity EEKA Fashion Holdings Limited.25 Koradior subsequently became the leading brand within a broader portfolio that includes NAERSI, NEXY.CO, La Koradior, ELSEWHERE, CADIDL and FUUNNY FEELLN.27 The group increasingly presents itself as an affordable-luxury fashion group rather than a single-brand womenswear company.15
Brand philosophy and design aesthetic
Koradior’s fundamental proposition is femininity expressed through contemporary fashion. Rather than pursuing severe minimalism, the brand historically emphasises elegance, romance, youthful sophistication, polished silhouettes, decorative details and quality fabrics.6 This approach reflects a concept of “wearable luxury” intended to fit the lifestyle of an affluent urban woman, rather than functioning primarily as runway art.
The aesthetic can be summarised as romantic urban femininity. Collections frequently feature dresses, flowing silhouettes, feminine tailoring, floral patterns, lace, chiffon, embroidery and sophisticated prints. For example, one collection drew inspiration from Grace Kelly, translating her refined femininity into romantic prints and dress-focused silhouettes.7 Although Koradior is a Chinese brand, its visual language has historically drawn heavily from the broader tradition of European feminine fashion.
Target customer and product range
Historically, the core consumer has been an affluent urban woman aged approximately 30 to 45.8 This demographic profile informs the brand’s design strategy, which targets consumers with disposable income who value recognisable premium fashion, femininity and appropriate attire for both work and social occasions. These customers typically seek fashionable clothing without excessive avant-garde styling and are willing to pay above mass-market prices for design, materials and brand experience. Consequently, Koradior occupies a position between contemporary fashion and luxury womenswear.
The product assortment is designed to create a complete wardrobe. Major categories include:
- Clothing: Dresses, skirts, trousers, shirts, blouses, knitwear, vests, jackets, coats and seasonal outerwear.
- Accessories: Scarves, fashion accessories and complementary items.
Annual reports describe the assortment as encompassing these categories, with the dress holding particular importance to the brand’s visual identity due to its alignment with themes of femininity and elegance.9
Relationship with EEKA Fashion
It is important to distinguish between Koradior as a brand and EEKA Fashion as the corporate group. The group operates a portfolio of eight major brands: Koradior, La Koradior, ELSEWHERE, NAERSI, NAERSILING, NEXY.CO, CADIDL and FUUNNY FEELLN.18 This structure provides Koradior with shared corporate capabilities in product research and development, design, supply-chain management, retail operations, logistics, marketing, e-commerce and brand management. The group reported 569 R&D and design personnel at the end of 2024, working with both overseas and Chinese designers as creative directors.19
Retail network and e-commerce
Koradior’s growth has historically relied heavily on physical retail, with an original expansion strategy concentrated on premium department stores and shopping malls in major Chinese cities.23 Unlike typical independent boutique labels, Koradior developed an extensive national retail infrastructure. As of 31 December 2025, the EEKA group operated 1,356 self-operated stores, of which 479 were Koradior outlets. This made Koradior the group’s largest individual self-operated retail network.10 The brand also sells through distributors and third-party e-commerce platforms.
E-commerce has become increasingly significant for the parent group. In 2025, e-commerce revenue for EEKA Fashion reached RMB 1.265 billion, representing 20.12% of group revenue, up from 17.14% in 2024.11 This shift reflects a broader trend in Chinese premium fashion where established offline brands integrate boutiques and department stores with online shopping and digital marketing.
Market position and financial performance
Koradior functions as one of EEKA Fashion’s two flagship brands alongside NAERSI. In the first half of 2025, Koradior generated approximately RMB 1.044 billion in revenue, accounting for 33.64% of the group’s total revenue for that period and remaining the largest individual brand by revenue.12
The Chinese premium fashion market faced a challenging environment in the mid-2020s, characterised by weaker discretionary spending and stronger domestic competition. During the first half of 2025, Koradior’s revenue declined 1.22% year-on-year to approximately RMB 1.044 billion.13 For comparison, the parent group’s total revenue for 2025 was RMB 6.286 billion, down 4.59% from 2024. Despite these headwinds, Koradior remains a major Chinese premium womenswear business.
In terms of market positioning, Koradior sits above fast fashion and mass premium contemporary brands, occupying the “premium Chinese womenswear” tier alongside NAERSI and NEXY.CO. It is positioned below international luxury houses such as Prada, Dior and Chanel. The parent company describes EEKA Fashion as an “affordable luxury fashion group”.15
Distinction from related brands
Confusion sometimes arises between Koradior and its sister brands. Historically, La Koradior was created explicitly for formal social occasions, offering a more luxurious and glamorous aesthetic. Koradior focuses on the broader affluent-woman wardrobe with mainstream premium styling. ELSEWHERE was conceived around a more relaxed, leisurely form of modern femininity oriented towards lifestyle.16 These brands represent different points within the same fashion ecosystem.
Brand ambassadors and international presence
Koradior has invested in celebrity partnerships and international communication to evolve beyond its perception as a domestic department-store label. Official records note collaborations with Tong Liya (佟丽娅), Miranda Kerr and Lily Collins. In 2022, the brand marked its 15th anniversary with the “La Vie En Rose” fashion show in Shenzhen, and in 2023, Lily Collins was announced as a brand ambassador.14
The broader EEKA group has pursued international exposure through participation in events associated with Milan, New York and Paris Fashion Weeks.33 While international visibility is growing, Koradior’s core commercial identity remains that of Chinese premium womenswear.
Corporate identity and strategy
The business was originally associated with Koradior Holdings (珂莱蒂尔). The listed group subsequently became known as EEKA Fashion Holdings Limited (赢家时尚控股有限公司), trading under stock code 03709.17 References to Koradior Holdings, 赢家时尚, EEKA Fashion or 3709.HK all relate to this corporate evolution.
EEKA’s current strategy centres on a multi-brand, multi-channel and premiumisation approach. Instead of positioning Koradior to serve every demographic, the group maintains distinct brands for different consumer segments: Koradior for feminine premium fashion, La Koradior for luxury formal wear, ELSEWHERE for relaxed lifestyle femininity, NAERSI for mature urban elegance, NEXY.CO for sophisticated contemporary fashion, NAERSILING for another premium segment, CADIDL for artistic business fashion, and FUUNNY FEELLN for broader-access fashion. This portfolio strategy allows the group to cover a wider portion of the Chinese women’s fashion market than Koradior could alone.18
Design remains a key competitive investment. In 2024, the group released more than 300 creative design series across its portfolio.19 Specific to Koradior, the 2024 collection included the “Kora Rose Wonderland” (玫瑰之境) series, consistent with the brand’s long-standing romantic visual language.20
